Data Deletion

1. Email connect@broadfieldai.my from the address on your ScoutField account, with the subject “Delete my ScoutField data”.
2. We confirm within 5 working days. Within 30 days we delete your account, WhatsApp and Google connection tokens, imported contacts, leads, messages and viewing records.
3. You can also disconnect at any time: remove ScoutField in Meta Business settings → Integrations → Connected apps, and in your Google Account at https://myaccount.google.com/connections

• Reply STOP in the WhatsApp chat to stop automated messages.
• To have your data deleted, ask the realtor, or email connect@broadfieldai.my with your WhatsApp number and the realtor’s name. We handle it with the realtor and delete the data within 30 days.

Email connect@broadfieldai.my to have enquiry or meeting details you sent us deleted.

Records we must keep by law, such as invoices. Backup copies are overwritten on their normal schedule.
